Our New Year Boot Camp runs for 12 weeks, as research and our years of experience has shown that it is the perfect amount of time required to achieve outstanding results.

Our Boot Camp location is the ultimate place to train with large ovals and playgrounds for all types of circuits, kickboxing, core strengthening and a massive fully lighted undercover area for when it is dark or raining.
