We started training with Carlie and Shea in January and it is the best thing we have ever done. We have both lost over 20kgs and are feeling great! I started Fresh Fitness Boot Camp 18 months ago after listening to a good friend of mine rave about it! For the majority of my life I used to associate the word ‘exercise’ with resentment. I was determined to break the cycle and knew I needed help. It was then a friend recommended Fresh Fitness. Any initial doubts I had disappeared as she told me about both her and her partners experience. I decided to go with personal training and worked up the courage to ring. Making the call is the hardest part. It signifies commitment to change and no one initially likes that. Hearing amazing stories about Shea and Carlie took some of the nerves away. It felt like calling a friend as both are extremely approachable and kind. It’s been nearly 3 months since that day and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I set foot in the training room my mood instantly lightens. The trainers radiate positivity and their attitude is infectious. I now find myself eagerly counting down the clock to get to PT. I train twice a week with Carlie who has managed to do the impossible – make me enjoy exercise. It’s been a challenging but rewarding three months and I am grateful to Shea and Carlie every day.
